Consideration is also given to shaded paths and the strategic arrangement of trees, buildings, pergolas, windows, and landscaping.
Ground Water Recharge
Water conservation is a significant priority at Riveira Hills. To avoid runoff problems, our crews install effective groundwater recharge systems on every property. By digging recharge wells or pits below the surface, we let precipitation refill subterranean aquifers.
Drip and Sprinkler Irrigation
In order to safeguard water sources, we use drip and sprinkler irrigation in our landscaping. These techniques ensure that every drop of water is used efficiently by lowering surface runoff and evaporation while effectively covering all regions.
Water Recycling and Segregation
As part of our organic waste management system, we use standardized German containers with visible signs and odor-proof construction to keep domestic garbage out of landfills. Compost from collected wet waste is treated at a private facility and utilized for gardening; it is wheelbarrow-equipped for convenient transportation.

Preservation and Transplantation of Trees

Universal Design
We put everyone’s comfort and convenience first in our house designs, even the elderly and those with impairments. We include non-slip ramps with railings for each home’s main entrance, compliant with India’s National Building Code (NBC).
Basic Facilities for the Construction Workforce
We prioritize the well-being of our construction workers by creating a secure and hygienic work environment on our property. The following basic amenities are provided to the construction workforce in compliance with the stipulations of the Building and Other Construction Workers Act:
